Richard Carrizzo
Richard is the fire chief at Southern Platte Fire Protection District (SPFPD). He also maintains a leadership position in the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) where he serves on their Board of Directors as Treasurer. In that position, he helps to guide the fire service in the international community through the mission of the IAFC. My coaching work with Chief Carrizzo and his fire department is chronicled here in an article published in Fire Chief magazine, and described also here on the SFPFD website.

John Anderson is a former Sprint executive, and former director of information technology at the Weyerhaeuser corporation. Currently he is Council Chairman at Global Development Partners Ltd., helping to bring start ups to life in their mission to make a difference.
